Cisco database update shows error

Hello,

When I attempt to add Cisco CallManager Attendant Console speed dial information, an error pops up stating “unable to amend speed dial” as shown in the image below.

Any quick solutions?

Unable to amend speed dial. The following error was returned Database update error.

Cisco database update shows error

The fix for this Database update error is just simple. It occurs because your antivirus program is enabled. So what you need to do is to disable it to fix the issue. But remember that disabling your antivirus means your computer will be prone to viruses. So you need to enable it again when you are done with adding the Cisco CallManager Attendant Console Speed Dial information.
