I would like to check the errors in the video file, I am not sure whether there is any specific tool for that, I would like to have check for video errors tool that will help me or suggest me a method that will find errors in a large number of files at a time.

There is a simpler way to check for errors in a video but it will require you to convert your videos to the .avi format first.
Then you will have to decompress every video and audio frame, you can use one of these tools to check for errors in your video but i will explain how to do it with VirtualDubMod. On the menu, go to video and select scan video stream for errors.
