I have Nokia Lumia 530, purchased recently and in good condition. I haven't added an external sd card to it and therefore I am forced to use the internal phone memory. I recently transferred some music and documents(both office word and pdf files) from my computer with the hope that I could gain access to them via Lumia 530 phone. However, I haven't managed to do so. All music are viewable on the Nokia lumia phone but I fail to locate the office word and pdf files. When I access my phone internal memory via the pc,it shows the files are there still but I am not yet able to browse them via phone. I had previously thought that I needed a file browser which I downloaded but this still couldn't solve the problem. How do I go about this? Please assist?

If Microsoft office is not pre-installed on Nokia lumia 530 please install Microsoft office on lumia 530 which will be available on windows store on your phone.

Once it is installed files should start showing when you open the office.sometimes with microsoft office you need to use onedrive on your phone to show your documents. So try using onedrive to check your documents on your phone.

And for pdf files please install adobe reader from windows store on your phone so you can access pdf files.

And you can even try WPS office which should be available on windows store. Once you install that you can surely be available to check your documents on your phone.
