Hi everyone.  Can someone suggest a PERT and critical path method solver online for project planning where it can determine the project duration and sequencing of tasks.  I'm using Mozilla Firefox 20.0.1 if that matters.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

You can try the Gantt Charts, Critical Path Analysis (CPA) or the Critical Path Method (CPM). These tools will help you plan and manage all your tasks that you need to complete for a project. These tools will be your basis for preparing the schedule and resource planning of your project. They will let you monitor or track the success of your project's objective.

With Gantt Charts, the important perception on the CPA is that, you cannot begin a new activity unless other activities are done. So you need to complete those activities by sequence in which every stage should be more or less done before you start on the next stage. This is also called as sequential activities.

CPM or the Critical Path Method is one of the numerous techniques for planning a project. This consists of individual activities in which if some of those activities will need other activities to be done before starting, the project will become a compound web of activities. This can help you figure out your project's duration and which among them are critical or needs to be done on time to avoid making your projects longer.
