Hi. The different ways to know about how do I get my domain name backare as follows-
1) You can sit around doing nothing
2) You can start the legal action by sending a cease and desist letter to the infringer
3) You can have a license agreement with the infringer but the drawbacks of this alternative will be money spent in the preparing the license, the terms and conditions not being according to you and the infringer still being able to use it
4) Another way can be to hire a lawyer and send the cease and desist letter through him
5) To get the domain name, you can also issue an ICANN arbitration which rules within fourteen days and the owner has twenty days to respond with an answer.
6) You can also approach the court and file a case under the Anticybersquatting consumer protection act in the federal court
