Hi experts,

I just uninstalled the Windows Media Player 11 from my system and after restart my system and error message appeared on a screen. I can’t understand this weird error message and getting first time. Have you familiar with this error before? I also searched for the solution from internet but I need your assistance to understand the issue and the cause of this problem. Thanks for any kind of help.

1. I'm not sure but I guess your computer is infected with poebot-j worm. I recommend installing Malwarebytes or Ewido, reboot your computer and run MB or Ewido in safe mode.

2. Uninstalling Windows MP is not part of the problem, its just mere coincidence. Maybe there's an application that might be blocking other hosts file. In your firewall, add Microsoft pages to the exception list .

3. If you're using Firefox, go to Tools > Options > Advanced and tick Security tab. Check all three protocols displayed. Under "View certificates" in the Websites menu, list oms.one.microsoft.com.
