There is this application wherein you dress your doll to have a Gothic Lolita fashion. Not quite sure if this is the one you are looking for, but this is the only available application that you may download that lets you generate the image that you would like to have. Except, in a doll. There is a Pro and a light version. So if you want to see how it works, try the lite version and just purchase to get more of the other features.
