The Adobe Premiere Elements 11 installation was successful without creating any problem. However, the real problem triggered when I open the Adobe Premiere for the first time. I tried troubleshooting guide but no luck. I even tried uninstalling and reinstallation several times but nothing worked. Please help me to fix the error. Thanks a lot.

Since this happened for the first time, close the dialog box, restart your computer, and run Adobe Premiere Elements 11 again. See if the previous error is reproduced. If it’s ok now then your system only needs some refreshing after the installation before it can work properly. This is normal to some applications in Microsoft Windows.
Checking the system specifications of Adobe Premiere Elements 11 still doesn’t show that this is a sign of compatibility issue though this error is a pretty sign of incompatibility. With Adobe Premiere Elements 11, the operating systems it supports include Windows Media Center, Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.
For Mac users, Adobe Premiere Elements 11 runs on Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard until Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. It also requires QuickTime 7 and higher. You can download the latest version from QuickTime 7 Download. Your physical RAM should be around 2 GB minimum and also make sure to update your graphics adapter’s driver.
If the problem still continues, uninstall all Adobe products including Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Flash Player ActiveX, and Adobe Shockwave Player then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files”, click OK and then wait for it to finish.
Restart your computer and install Adobe Premiere Elements 11 again and then run it afterwards. Make sure it runs perfectly. Once verified that it is working, install other Adobe products one at a time where each install you need to run Adobe Premiere Elements 11 making sure that it still runs fine.
When you reach the part where Adobe Premiere Elements 11 no longer runs, remove the Adobe product you installed and discontinue installing it because it is the program that is in conflict with Adobe Premiere Elements 11.
