Adobe Encore CS 5 Problems

I’ve got a complete suit of Adobe Master Collection along with serial keys.

Almost entire suits works just perfectly expect of the Adobe Encore.

The time I start Encore, it appears with an error message something similar like this, "cannot run non-royalty based serial".

After a research, I am faced with a .dll patch file which enables me to get started with it.

Though, when I try to add video file, the application gets hang and goes into not responding mode.

Adobe Encore CS 5 Problems

Hi,

Try to follow these steps, maybe it works.

1. Copy and paste “amtlib.dll” to C: /Program Files /Adobe /Adobe Encore CS5 folder. When ask select “Copy &Replace” then it will work properly.

Do this for Encore only and do not replace the original.

2. If it doesn’t work. Reactivate Encore CS5 w/ Encore serial number: 1132-1127-8739-4724-1356-4304 . You can do from the Encore Help panel in main menu after you open it.

3. If still it doesn’t work, then you need to change main Adobe CS5 Matter Collection serial by deactivating whole CS5 suite & activating again w/ different serial.
