Acronis Backup tool cannot backup files

Greetings,

I got the Acronis Backup tool so that I could backup my project files. The program launches just fine but when selecting what to back up (my project files and other important files) I get an error. The error is shown below. Please help.

Maybe you are using a firmware interface that is not the same with the BIOS. Acronis doesn't support proper detection of system and it doesn't have support on bootable partitions for some type of firmware. To resolve this, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Acronis True Image Home Screen:

2. And then click the Disk and Partition Backup button and choose the necessary disks and partition as your backup source.
