Acer Mobile Phone Power Issue

I have an Acer-beTouch E400 mobile phone.

At first I am very delighted with this phone but after I recharged the battery, it started to freeze and hang.

The power signal has a (?) symbol. I took out the battery for a minute and then put it back again and switch the power on.

The Acer company logo appears with (!) and my mobile phone did not start out and it stopped working.

How can I fix it?

Do I just need a new battery or my phone needs a replacement?

Please help.

Hello Koby,

I have heard a lot of issues about Acer-beTouch E400 mobile phone. Same issue as yours actually. I can't see reasons why you are getting that error Unless you have dropped down the phone or threw it that's why you are encountering that kind of error on it.

All I can recommend you is go to the store where you bought your phone and ask them to change or replace it. Next time, I suggest to buy a phone which is proven and tested. Acer-beTouch E400 mobile phone is new to the market so you will expect that you may encounter some problem like that.
