I have full administrator rights on my Windows 7 32-bit computer but unable to access the BIOS settings. How can I make my computer to wake up from full shutdown or power off? Or is there a way to reset the BIOS password?

Which procedure are you using to access the BIOS settings? Because what I know is that to access the BIOS settings you do not have to wait till you get to the log on screen. You will need to do the following to access the BIOS settings.

Click start on your computer and then choose 'restart' option to restart the computer.

When the computer is loading, you will need to press F8 on your keyboard or whichever key that you will be prompted to press when windows is loading so as to enter the BIOS mode.

You can make the changes that you want and then save them.

Exit after you are done.
