Hey guys!
I am using Adobe Captivate most of the time specially for creating presentations. But this morning I encounter a problem when converting swf to avi format. What I wrong? Why this error appears? Is it error to my file that I want to convert? Thanks.

That may be a problem with the application itself or the file that you were trying to convert, but I highly suspect that the problem was with the file. The following are the problems are workarounds to them:

The file that you are trying to convert may not be on the .swf file format, and therefore you will need to check that. Feeding the application will lead to such a problem.

The application may be having problems, and possibly with the registry entries, and therefore you will need to reinstall the application again. If you do not have the setup for the application then you will need to download it from the internet.
Or you might just try restarting the computer, it could be a temporary problem that could be solved when you restart the computer.
