Install Error, memory address 0xC0000032 File system is damaged

There is Windows 98 in my old PC. I try to install Windows XP. But an error message in boot menu:

"STOP: 0x000000ED   (0x........, 0x........., 0x.........) UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME"

There are numbers on dots. Then second reported memory address is 0xC0000032. The file system is damaged. How can I install it now?
