0x800CCC6B error message in Outlook Express

I am using Microsoft Office 2007 in Windows XP.

Many times, I get the SMTP error message in Outlook Express when I tried to send emails. "0x800CCC6B USER NOT LOCAL - User mailbox is known but mailbox not on this server" top on the screen.

Why my laptop color mode automatically changed?

My laptop brand is Lenovo.Model G450.When i turn on it, its color mode automatically change in to 16 bit and all graphics shows as negeative.I adjust the color mode into 32bit.But after restarting its color mode automatically changed into 26bit.How can i solve this problem?and why this is occouring?
