Hi Experts,

I have recently installed EXCEL 2013. I am not able to convert XLS file which contains Macros to XLSM file. When I am trying to save through ‘Save As’ option it is not saving the file. The file still remain in XLS format. Even after I have changed the name no new file is creating in XLSM format.

I don’t know what is the problem with it.

Can anybody gone through these type of problem.

I have MS office 13 on Windows 8 machine

I am trying to uninstall but I could not, it shows error saying that "something has gone wrong"

I tried killing all the related processes from task manager but they did not go either.

Windows shuts down my computer unexpectedly. No warning. No shut down routine. It's on, then it's off. Could be in an hour, could be in ten hours. When I restart, it goes through a normal boot up…no "shut down improperly" routine at all. If I was on IE, it does say that internet session was unexpectedly shut down, would I like to go to homepage or previously viewed last page.

The computer will not get through a Full Windows Malicious Software scan without shutting down as above, nor will it get through a Norton Full system scan.
