Registration Changer alert box on registering Arcgis

Hi guys, my post here is about my problem in registering arcgis, when I register the application an error message appeared on my screen, somewhat a strange message, "You must select an operating system", please refer below the pasted screen shot of the error message for you reference.

You must select an operating system!

As I read on the error, I am deeply troubled, why it generated this error, even though I selected an operating system, this error message will pop up, I am also thinking for an application error, or the registration module has a bug,

Please share you idea on this matter,

Hello,

When were you installing your arcgis. Had you follow all the instructions and checked the product key to register it. Maybe something is missing. Maybe some files related to arcgis or your operating system is corrupt. So try to scan your computer and repair those files. If you are finding any difficulty in normal mode then restart your system and go to safe mode and do that.

Secondly which operating system are you using? Have you read the requirements for arcgis. Maybe your operating system is not supporting arcgis. So get a good operating system and update it and then try to registered arcgis.

You should have followed and read each and every instruction while registering arcgis.
