Yahoo Messenger has encountered an error

My Yahoo Messenger repeatedly returns an error message. The message says, "Yahoo Messenger has encountered an error and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I usually just have to launch it again and it will work for a few hours but the error always returns. This happens several times a day and it's getting annoying. Please help me. Below is a screenshot of the error.

Yahoo Messenger has encountered an error

We haven't used Yahoo! Messenger into our system it had loaded before. It was carried by pen drive for installing into our computer. To enter in the Yahoo messenger you need a Yahoo ID and a Yahoo password for signing in. This Yahoo! Messenger is a sensitive software.

For a little mistake you couldn't become familiar with your Yahoo! Messenger and couldn't enter. This is also a touchy software. It has been intend to send an error message always to pungent the clients. The main thing is to register your Yahoo! ID and your Yahoo! password correctly. You will be operate your Yahoo! Messenger.
