These two phones have many similarities, including the price, depending on your region. In some areas and/or countries, the Xolo A500L may be more affordable, while in some countries the price is nearly the same or more expensive than the Fun A76. Aside from the price, their internals are nearly the same. They both have a MediaTek Dual-Core Processor of the same family (MTK 6572 &6572W), a 512MB RAM, and a lot more. However, their real world performance is far from similar.

The Xolo A500L provides a smoother performance than the Fun A76. This is mainly due to the Xolo A500L having a smaller screen to push pixels through. The Xolo A500L has a 4.0" screen giving you a 800×480 screen resolution clocking at 233 PPI (pixel-per-inch), while the Fun A76 gives you a 5.0" screen clocking in at 196 PPI or 854×480 pixels. The Xolo A500L also has better game compatibility, thanks to its standard screen resolution as most games and apps out there would have no trouble being installed on a 800×480 pixel screen against the unorthodox 854×480. Aside from that, the Xolo A500L also comes with a Bluetooth v4.0 while the Fun A76 comes with Bluetooth v2.0. While the standard use of Bluetooth is primarily the same, the Xolo A500L can transfer files a lot faster than the Fun A76. 

The Xolo A500L also has a better battery life, despite having a smaller battery, and the screen is to thank for that, being smaller and draining much less juice compared to its 5.0" rival. 

However, the Fun A76 also has its advantages over the Xolo A500L as well. One of these is the camera. They both have dual cameras, but the Fun A76's primary camera is 5MP and can shoot video at 720p@30fps. The Xolo A500L can also shoot video, but only at the standard 480p@30fps on its 3.15MP camera. The Fun A76 can also capture more detail on its 5MP camera at 2592×1944 resolution, while the Fun A76 can only capture 2048×1536, with slightly less detail captured. Even though the Xolo A500L loses the camera image quality round, it makes up for it with the panorama support that the Fun A76 does not have.

To sum things up, the Xolo A500L is much more cost-effective, more affordable (depending on your region and country, although the price difference is just around 10~25 bucks) and everyday use is much better at it, despite the smaller screen.
