Xbox One Gaming console is responding slowly to user

Hi, how are you people today? I am a businessman. Last week I sold a Xbox One Gaming console to one of my honorable customer. Yesterday the customer calls me back and said, My new gamin console isn't responding to me as it should be. So, I tell him to bring it to me. I checked it and he was right. Is there anyone here who can solve this matter?

Xbox One Gaming console is responding slowly to user

Hi, Xbox One created by Microsoft in competition with Sony PlayStation but there is no doubt Sony's Play Stations master this race and competition from Gaming abilities, controls to features that it supports. 

Before you move on to more in details to this problem it is always advisable to look into it's guide or manual and then setup it properly if you did it already try resetting the default settings again. Hope this will work, if further the problem prevails make sure you get the device exchange if possible.
