I have a notebook (ACER, no CD or DVD ROM) and Windows XP is installed as the operating system. When I start it, I can see the ACER logo but after that a black screen appears with the error messages given below-

“Windows could not start because of an error in the software.
Please report this problem as:
Load needed DLLs for Kernel.
Please contact your support person to report this problem.

Even when I press into entering bottom, the logo appears again with the same screen.

Can anyone please help me in this regard?

Dear,

Dear I think you have this problem due to some software which uses system files. The program you have installed recently should be removed to prevent this problem again.

Press F5 key at the first screen after the Acer logo. You will see some booting options like, safe mode, safe mode with command etc.

Run your windows in Safe mode. In Safe Mode window uses only some system files to run. All other files will be ignored.

When your desktop appears, remove the software that you have installed recently.

After removing the software, restart your computer and start in normal mode.

I hope it will help you.
