Windows explorer cannot start in windows 7

The problem started today, when I tried to turn on my laptop.

Windows was loading fine until it showed some icons on the desktop.

Instead of showing icons it showed me an error.

After pressing OK, there was no response from the computer, just a blank wallpaper.

Is it a problem with Windows 7?

System call failed.

The simple solution to this problem is system restore.

You can restore your system to fix this problem.

To restore your system you should :

Go to Windows message center and click on back up and restore.

Choose the restore option. This will restore your computer and will solve your problem.

If restore does not solve your problem.

Then, after restoring your computer you must scan your computer.

It must either be effected by virus or not.

If yes,  then you should download that effected file and install it again.

Hi

  • You can try several methods to overcome this problem.

Method 01

  • This may occur due to the virus attacks or spyware. You just turn on the safe mode of your laptop and do a full system scan and try again. It may take time. But try it.

Method 02

  • Go to Task Manager by pressing Ctrl +Alt + Delete and go to file and select New Task. There you have to type explorer. Exe and click OK. This might open the Explorer again.

Method 03

  • Insert your Windows 7 DVD and run set up. Instead of installing the whole setup there, just repair the system.

Method 04

  • If everything won’t work reinstall Windows 7. Before installing you should delete all the temporary files of Windows 7.
