I am with a problem of WMP.

Fix WMP Utility 1.0

This portable utility re-registers all the concerned Windows media dllfiles required for the smooth functioning of Windows Media Player. If you are facing any issues or getting any error message.

There seems to be no error from the information you have given us. If you need to repair your Windows Media Player Installation the you should run the Fix Windows Media Player Utility so that it can repair any issues that you are facing. If an error pops up and you can't repair it, you should post here the error code that appears with a screenshot so that we can help you solve the issue.

When I am reading this post, I recall that it's not a problem because I have already faced this so called problem before. Some files on WMP cannot be run due to program file error where WMP files are actually residing. But this issue can easily be solved by downloading just the following software which fixes all the compatibility issues as well as utility issues.

 

I think it will solve your issue within seconds. Hope for the best.
