Windows 10 RAM Upgrade Question

I am running Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium on my gaming PC. I know that this Windows will only take 16GB of my RAM when installed on my computer. I don't see the point why I need to upgrade to Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate Edition to increase or expand my RAM. When Windows 10 will be available, it will be a free OS right? Can it handle as much RAM unlike my current Windows 7?

Windows 10 RAM Upgrade Question

Yes windows 7 will be upgraded to windows 10 free. Microsoft already declared this free up-gradation offer. But they have not launched the Microsoft windows 10 operating system. Even they have not published the feature of windows 10 officially. There are so many rumors on the internet regarding windows 10 but those may not be true. 

My personal guess there will limitation of RAM in windows 10 as well but the value will be higher like 32GB or 64GB. You have taken correct decision. Wait for few days and you will get upgrade to windows 10 free.
