I use Google maps to go everywhere, and I've been using my iPhone as my GPs.
I hear iPhone 5 will not have Google maps.
Does Apple have a suitable replacement or can I just manually download Google maps from Google.

Probably Google Maps will be out on Apple’s latest IOS, but instead of Google maps, Apple will run its own mapping app that has High-quality 3D, on the platform.
You can also activate the Siri Button as an iPhone’s voice-operated assistant.
This mapping app gives opportunity for Apple to know what their users doing and keep that information.Â

Now you can enjoy Google Maps on your iPhone 5. Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) has released its new app
for iPhone and iPod Touch, to soothe the fever brows of iOS 6 users.
Google said the free app has been designed from the ground up [and] optimized for the iPhone 5.
Apple, which had shipped Google's mapping application replaced it with its own mapping application in September.
But if facing any problem you can at least use the web version pretty easily.
 1. Open up Safari on your iPhone and head to https://www.google.com/maps.
 2. Tap the export button in the bottom menu bar.
 3. Tap "Add to Home Screen.
 4. Name the icon, and tap "Add."
