Apple has filed two ITC (International Trade Commissions) lawsuits cases against HTC.

But is true that Apple has filed a third lawsuit against HTC?

Is HTC still violating patent issues?

Will this cause more delays to HTC's new releases?

Will Apple Still File A Lawsuit Against HTC?

Apple filed its third lawsuit against HTC last June 4, 2012 with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC).  This will be able to ban other HTC Android Phones which claims to have a "data tapping patent".  The third lawsuit is a follow up to the December 2011 ruling on the first one.  They are asking for ITC's immediate action to prevent further infringement of HTC devices.  This was because the US customs authorities allowed the release of HTC devices shipment last month after they claimed to have worked around on Apple's '647 "data tapping" patent.

Apple is targeting twenty-nine devices in the third complaint.  The devices are ; HTC One X, HTC One S,HTC One V, HTC Inspire 4G, HTC Vivid, HTC Status, HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation 4G, HTC Wildfire, HTC Wildfire S, HTC Hero, HTC Hero S, HTC EVO 4G LTE, HTC EVO 4G, HTC EVO V 4G, HTC EVO Design 4G, HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO 3D, HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE, HTC myTouch 4G, HTC myTouch 4G Slide, HTC Merge, HTc Rezound, HTC Rhyme, HTC ThunderBolt, HTC Flyer, HTC Jetstream, HTC EVO View 4G, Droid Incredible 2 by HTC.  The company was given by ITC four months to modify its product.

There will be some delays with the HTC device releases.  United States Customs are currently blocking the import of the company's devices.  One cause of the delay is the ongoing ITC investigation against HTC.
