Hi guys, I purchased VOX tablet 1week ago and ordered it online when it came to me it was working fine but now its camera is not working at all not front camera and not even rear camera is also not working when I contacted the customer support they say they will not repair or exchange the tab as when they delivered it was in a good condition.Please suggest me what to do now and how to fux its camera.

Yes, that’s right. They will not replace it because when you received it, it was in a good working condition just like what you said. That’s the big problem when a product was purchased online because usually, the store where you purchased it will only accept a return and grants a replacement if the item was damaged during the shipping and is in a bad condition when it arrived.
But other online stores accept returns even if the item is in good working condition when it arrived but at your own expense. They will not return or refund the cost of the return. If that’s your case and the store doesn’t accept a return because, in the first place, the product arrived in a good condition, just find a local repair shop for your device.
As a reminder when purchasing products online, be very cautious when purchasing a product. Check if the store accepts a return in case the product fails after only using several times. Also, it is important that the product has a warranty so you can return it within the specified time in case an issue arises. Products without warranty are like purchasing them at your own risk.
