I have Blackberry Z smartphone and the reason I'm asking question here is that my BBM messenger stopped working suddenly. I dint had any updates to my phone nor even any installations but my Blackberry handset was hanging since few days and now suddenly its BBM stopped working please tell me how to fix this problem.
Few things to try here:
Host routing table:
OS 5 Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table >press menu key > click Register now.
OS 6 device, Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table > press Menu key > click Register now.
Hello, How are you? To resolve the problem you should turn off your device. Then detach your battery from the device. Again attach the battery with your phone and restart it. If this method does not work, then delete the app from your device and reinstall it. If it does not work wait for some times so that BIS of your service provider works properly. Learn more.
