Why Google Play Store is showing error?

Hi guys,

I use Samsung galaxy grand 2 smatphone and I don't know why its play store is not working. I don't like to download from any other apps like snap pea, mobogenie and Samsung apps I only trust Google play store but it shows error for all downloads. Any help would be great.

Why Google Play Store is showing error?

Hello,

How are you? When the cache of your device is totally filled, then this type of problem may occur. If you want to resolve this problem you have to discard unnecessary applications and files. Then restart your smartphone in recovery mode by pressing the volume down, power and home buttons (only for Samsung devices) or volume down and power (for most other devices).
