Why can’t I send email?

Why can't I send any email through my laptop? I am using ACER laptop. I am having this problem from few days. Do you guys know how to solve this problem?

"That problem can be caused by interference from an antivirus program.email scanning in the antivirus should be turned off, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled, you click on start, control panel system and security, click on un installing anti virus, but do remember you have to reinstall it as this can lead to you getting viruses and all that.
 
Also your email scanning should be disabled, and the account should be deleted and recreated, to avoid it  happening  in the future.  hope this helps

Here’s the ways to solve that sending problem.

Clear your cache. Go to your Control Panel, and click Network and Internet. Below the Internet Option, click Delete Browsing History and Cookies. Check the box of Delete Browsing History as exit. Click Ok, and then Apply.

Now start scanning your computer with Antivirus. Note: Your Antivirus should be updated, you should know be aware that cause it’s important. After the scan, restart your unit. And try sending emails. It’ll be ok this time around.

If you cannot send an email using your laptop, check if your internet connection is working. Start your web browser and visit your webmail service provider. Log in to your account then compose a message. It will be used for testing. You can write something on the message or leave it blank. In the To field, enter your own email address then send it.

Wait for a couple of seconds until the message arrives. Your account should be able to receive the message you sent. This is my own way of checking if my email address is working or not. If you receive the message then there is no problem with your email account. If you didn’t receive the message or it was received the following day, something is wrong with your account.

Normally, an email sent should arrive in only a couple of seconds or minutes. In rare cases, the message reception takes several hours if the server is at its full capacity. If there is a problem with your account when sending a message through a web browser, check the site’s FAQs to find a solution on the problem.

If you can’t find it there, contact the email service provider for support. If you are using an email client such as Microsoft Office Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, you should check your account’s configuration. Refer to your email service provider’s site for proper settings on the email client. If you are using Mozilla Thunderbird, try updating to the latest.

Go to Mozilla Thunderbird Latest to download the latest release. Again, refer to your email service provider for proper configuration to set the correct configuration for Mozilla Thunderbird.
