I want to ask a question please answer me that why my L3 is not connecting to 2G and 3G. Also I'm unable to use internet at all. I don't know what went wrong with it but the problem is if at all it gets connected once in a whlie the phone hangs there on making the problem worse.

In order to connect to 2G or 3G, you need to have APN setting specific to your mobile operator. You can set an APN profile going to your device's network setting. However, you will be needing a specific APN name, type, port, proxy, etc. You can get all this information just by calling your operator's customer care center.
Note that, some carriers provide the automatic settings through a text message. However, those settings don't work on every device. So, check whether your device is supported before asking for a text containing APN settings.
