While Working On Photoshop Cs4, An Error Occurs Named Acrobat Error 148:3

When the Flexnet Licensing service on the system is disabled, and the user tries to use the photoshop service, then the error occurs that is named acrobat error 148:3 means that the Flexnet Licensing service in Windows is not running.

The solution to fix the issue is to start the Flexnet Licensing service in the system, and the way to start the service is to go into services, right-click on the Flexnet Licensing service, then start it, and also set the service to automatic mode.

Now, use the service, and it won’t show any error code.
