Hi Experts,
While opening images in Nero Photo Snap Viewer I received an error message. It says "file C:documents andsettingsadministratormy documentsmy pictures could not be opened". I searched the manual to get a remedy of this issue but no result. I think everything is ok. How can I get a remedy of this issue? Please help.

Hi Jhonny,
I will certainly help you with Nero Photo Snap Viewer. The Photo Snap Viewer is an excellent image editor that can handle lots of image formats. If the program says that, the image could not be opened, please check that the image file is not corrupt. Try opening with Windows Image Viewer. If it is opened in that app, then your Nero Photo Snap Viewer has a problem.
If you receive that error when using Nero, check that the path indicated in the message is valid. Open Windows Explorer then navigate to the location indicated in the error message. If the path indicated in the message points to a folder only, check that folder with Windows Explorer if it is accessible and you can go inside that folder.
If there is a file indicated in the message, try viewing that file in Windows Explorer. If the folder contains several images, view every image and make sure every file is viewable. If there is no problem with the path or with the files inside that folder, check if Nero is a demo version.
If you are using a demo of Nero, that error is probably the limitation of the program. You have to buy the full version to use Nero fully.
