I would suggest you to download MySQL to Oracle server for your XP. So far for me its the best sever which works with all the versions of UNIX and Windows MySQL Servers. You can directly download it from the given link below-

Which is the best SQL Software for WinXP

Wassup Steven,

I believe I will be able to help you with your query. The best SQL server for your Windows XP is Database Oracle 11, this can be downloaded from the website.

Once you download, you can follow the prompts to install.

It requires a hard disk space of at least 1 GHz and 128 MB ram. It is very effective in the building of databases.
