I'm looking for a free IT support logging tool with which one can connect to a customer's computer to allow online training.

There are hundreds of IT support logging tools available but we want the best one which is easy to use and should have more features, but shouldn't be complicated.

As you said, there are several of such applications out there. Unfortunately, the best ones are not free.

However, I came across the following, it’s called ATutor. I have used in my school and its very good and user friendly.

It supports tutor and learner login with the sharing of lots of data on the LAN or internet.
