Where do I get the Joomla DCR Plugin?

Hi guys.  I'm making my own website using a responsive Joomla template with admin panel.  I'm trying to insert a DCR Shockwave media file but I'm having a message of "plug in must be installed".  Where can I get the Joomla DCR plugin?  I'm on Windows XP.  Thanks.

Where do I get the Joomla DCR Plugin?

Unfortunately, the plugin that you've requested isn't available on joomla and is possible to create with .net programming, the thing is, to solve your problem, you must convert the .dcr media file into .swf media in order for it to incorporate to your website, There are converters that are available online informing the conversion between the .dcr to .swf media file, one of which is the program Director 7, it is a free trial software so if you want to use it, use it well.
