Hi,

I'm afraid there's no way to convert Windows 98 language or font. Your only solution is to reformat your computer and install the Arabic language version of Windows 98. But if you will require to change languages every now and then I would recommend that you'd rather get the newer versions of Windows operating systems because most of these come with Multiple languages.

You can check it here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows

To enable the use of Arabic font on your computer, you need to follow below mentioned steps.

Go to Start ->Settings->Control Panel and click on Keyboard.

When the Keyboard Properties dialogue box appears, select the Language tab and click Add. A dialogue box will appear, select Arabic and click OK.

Before you click OK again, ensure that Enable indicator on taskbar is selected which will enable you to switch between English (EN) and Arabic (AR) as the input language.

If "Arabic" was not mentioned in the list, you have to install "Arabic support" from Internet Explorer.

When installing the software, select Install Minimal or customize browser and then in the "Component options" box, select “Arabic text support". After installation, you can work with the “Arabic” font but you would be not able to use the Cut, Copy, Paste facility properly.

Hope this information helps you better.
