Hi,

Please check on the BIOS this is where you can find the display in all spot in your hardware temperature. You can also download software from the internet so that it automatically display your hardware heat temperature. You can download
HWMonitor-This has a display on all temperatures including video cards.
Core Temperature-Monitors your core mostly on motherboard.
FanSpeed-Monitors your Computer Fan including PowerSupply.

Monitoring Hardware heating problems are significant in maintaining computer, especially if it's old like 2-3 years already. Heat should be regulate in order to minimize the damage of the hardware parts. Make sure the Fan installed are still working, replace it if no longer functioning this are the primary causes of damage part if your computer is in overheat frequently.

Thanks,

To check the temperature of the hardware of your computer you can use the Hardware Sensors Monitor, which will use sensor chips that are located on the motherboard to track the temperature of your computer system, the voltages being used and also the state of the cooling fans.

You will need to download the application and install, and once it is on your computer, you will click on its icon in the system tray to open it and it will monitor the parameter mentioned above as you continually use the computer. When the HMonitor detects any overheating of the computer hardware, it may beep an alarm and then shut down, or carry out an operation like notifying the administrator via email depending on how you have configured it.

The application supports about all windows versions, and therefore you will just need to download the one the suits your operating system.
