There are many websites available who sells flash templates. Many other websites also made flash templates which are free to use.

Where can I download free flash templates having cool design?

There are two types of templates with flash you will get on the internet. These are free and premium templates. So, it is now your choice which one is best for you. You can easily get many flash template by using Google. Just go to Google and search “Flash website templates” Then you will get many suggestions of website where you can get many templates with flash.
