I tried installing some games such as Sims 3 and Diablo 3 but for some reason the games just suddenly shut down. I was told that I needed to change my video card. What video card is recommended for gamers?

Thanks for nice question, so far the best video card that are being sold in the market is the GeForce GTX 690 which was created by Nvidia last May 3, 2012. This video card is very fast with a small cutback on the core clock of 915MHz as an alternative to 1006MHz. However, it still has similar 1502MHz memory frequency.

 

Nvidia has given a lot of time to build the most efficient video card that will utilize less power based on its performance. You can regulate the power and clock speed. But it depends with the real time application requirements. The GeForce GTX 690 consists of GPUs that over clocked outside the 1200GHZ that creates the best graphical performance in terms of video games for PC.

Aside from being the first dual GPU created on the coming generation, the GeForce GTX 690 the plotted memory will allow the 4GB GDDS to attain the memory of up to 6GB/s.

With that I recommend you to look no further , use GeForce GTX 690 for the best results.

Wow, what a coincidence, i encountered the same problem with my computer for the last 2 weeks and i have been searching the web for the right and accurate answer and here it is. Gees, thank you for asking the question quincy nowell, if you haven't asked about it, I too would have not found the solution.

And most thank you too mr. Robert Duncan for that wonderful, and undoubtedly best answer. The truth is I have been looking for the best video card there is for my computer which offers the best quality for gaming. Thank you very much for this website that i have stumbled upon, which i found to be a great help for my dilemma.
