What is ‘Tell Your Boss Anything’?

Tell Your Boss Anything is a way from which employees can give anonymized feedbacks to their managers. And the manager who wants made the system can invite their workers to use it. It is like an old suggestion box but a more insight of what is going on in the office. It is designed to build a relationship without the manager and the workers. It will let the workers express what's on their mind without having to fear of anything. While managers can also reply to the commenters and both can rate the feedback.
