What is an electronic spreadsheet? I will tell you now what is it. Electronic spreadsheet is a program that substitutes the one that we usually use for financial making, commonly for accounting matters. It has the columnar pad, the calculation, the writing pencil and the eraser.

It is in demand since it was released because of its dominating business equipment for the reports like budgeting, the estimation of cost and projections of finance. This electronic spreadsheet allows the computer owner or the user to enter data and labels with a specific formula into columns and rows like a simple journal book for accounting.

The term Electronic Spreadsheet is a computer language for " spreadsheet" or "spreadsheet". It is a large sheet with columns and rows that organizes data. Unlike the traditional layout of spreadsheet that uses paper, pencil and calculators an electronic spreadsheet is a computer software that has the ability to perform the calculations from simple sums to the most complex financial and mathematical formulae.

MS Excel is a type of electronic spreadsheet that has been very widely applied because of its capability to perform calculations, analyzing data and integrating information. It is very useful in making reports using its graphs and charts. With a few keystrokes the user can quickly change, correct and update the data. MS Excel is really useful in managing data records such as name list. It is also used as an analytical tool, create forms and consolidate reports, corporate budgeting, inventory management and finding profit break even.
