I am a newbie digital artist here. In order to come up with perfect designs and good color combination, I want to change some color of the images. I am looking for a program that changes image  color. I've been searching for the web but I was able to find. Please I need your suggestion. I have to buy the program immediately. Thank you.

Hi Cathyy,

I think your problem is giving you a lot of headache, but don't worry because I have a good solution for you. You can change your picture color simply by Photoshop.

Using Photoshop will give you much pain because you have to know details about the software and all its tools. So, leave it and lets take a simple way to do it. The easiest and coolest way is to use paint.net. It's a free and easy photo editor.
