What is this new Kaspersky Antivirus 13?

My friend told me about Kaspersky Antivirus 13.

He said that it is good to use and he said a lot of good things about this software.

That' why I'm very interested to know about this.

Is it a free software?

Is it worth downloading?

If so, then I will change my antivirus with this one.
