Hi fellow members,

I plan on building my own responsive website with Flash content. What is the most used webdesign tool without hard coding? Can someone suggest something? Any help would be highly appreciated.

With the experience that I have, the best web design tool depends on what you want to do and what you already know how to do. I mean for me, the best tool for my website is Notepad++. ( I could advise it to you also if you are an expert) If not, you can try others like Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, Adobe Creative Suite 4. easy to learn and easy to use

What is the most used webdesign tool?

Hello Dorethadhoward,

I suggest you to try Dreamweaver CS6 which is the latest web design tools for responsive website with easy flash content integration. With this tools you can design your website for tab, mobile and web version at a time.

However, there are some free Web design IDE available . You can try Aptana Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio Express, eclipse where you can build responsive site as well.
