I have a hard disk installed on my computer and I would like to create mini partitions on it. The file system that I want for the disk is NFTS and this should be configured during the partitioning and formatting process. What mini partition tool partitions disks without interfering with the disks' functionality? Thanks big time for your assistance.
What mini partition tool partitions hard disks best?
For free software that can partition your disk, I would recommend Partition Wizard Home Edition.
You may download it for free by going to the link below:
Take note that this software is intended for home users only. It has the capability of partitioning your disk and formatting it in the NTFS file system.
When you say that you don’t want it to interfere with the disks’ functionality, what do you exactly mean? Partition Wizard has lots of capabilities aside from partitioning and formatting disks. It can also split partitions, hide partitions, delete partitions, and change the drive letter. Making changes to a disk’s partitions has an effect in some way to its functionality.
When you partition disks, you have to make sure that it is the only application running, otherwise you might encounter problems during the partition and formatting process.
Also, I would strongly advise you to make a backup of all your important files prior to partitioning your disks.
