What memory does this message is pertaining to?

Can someone help me with this,

 

I am just wondering if anyone has known this issue about after effects. It said I’m having like enough memory. What does it mean? Is it about the RAM or hard disk or just the memory of the software itself? Do I have to clear some memory?

 

After Effects: not enough memory to create cached LStr: english.

Hi,

To solve this problem first uninstall your application program and then install the others application program. This will skip collusion. If it is not working then use other option.

Other option is you may need to install plug-in. You can easily find this plug-in on internet. Installing missing plug-in will solve this problem.

Clear your computer by deleting unused or unnecessary files and folders from your computer. For this go to run then type “prefetch” and press enter. Now select all file from here and delete them permanently. Again go to run then type “%temp%” and press enter. Now select all file from here and delete them too.
