What should you look for when buying a computer in terms of RAM, video-sound cards, processors CD-DVD drives, burners, OP systems and USB. What are the latest specs for computers, and what should I avoid when buying one for a relatively inexperienced user?

Hello,

When you are going to buy a new computer it depends on you and your usage of this new computer and this will lead you to know what specification will you buy.

You must keep in your mind all the points you mentioned before like RAM, video card , hard disk and processor.

If you want to play games you will buy a high performance video card, if you want buy it to your work like programming and so on you will buy high processor (core i5 or core i7)and about the OS it is related to you but the easiest one is, Microsoft windows operating system.

Hi,

You have to keep in mind about the following configuration during buying a computer:

1. RAM should be more than 1 GB.

2. Graphics device especially Direct 9 should be more than WDDM 1.0.

3. Processor should be 1 GHz or faster for 32-bit/x86 and 1 GHz or faster for 64-bit/x64.

4. An upgrade version of DVD drives available with writers/burners.

5. Motherboard should be according to your demand.

6. USB and others facilities will be available there.

7. Hard disk space should be more than 500 GB.

8. You have to keep in mind that the entire component should be compatible with each other. Otherwise you will face so many difficulties. Good tools will keep your interest in your job.

I hope you understand it.

Thanks.

Cool, in reply i like to say. What to look for when buying a computer depends on which purpose will be served by the computer. There are verities brand named computer in the market. Besides this which configuration is suitable for you is more important then brand name.

If you want to do word process only a minimum configured system is to be suggested to buy. On the other hand if you require more memories to store data or to serve the printing purpose you will have to choice Apple Macintosh in spite of windows. Thus if the computer is requires for internet browsing configuration should be accordingly. As a new operator you should learn the following terms and it functions.

1. Hard disk  2. Motherboard  3. Ram and other some related parts of computer.

New operator should buy a computer of low configuration and  after learning more he will be able to make decision which computer he should buy in future himself. For more questions ask in this site and watch here.

Thanks.
