When I try to open my system from sleep, I got an error which is solved when I reboot my system. From the next day, whenever I am trying to open my computer, it is showing windows-10 error 0x8009002d. It is asking to reboot the system every time. What can solve this problem?

This error code does not create any system crash or freeze. As it asks to reboot the system until it vanishes, it annoys the users. This error is mainly related to the pin we use as a security password to our pc. Once you open the system, you should turn off the sleep mode and change the pin. Removing the pin also helps in this. The pin you use may increase the security, but it causes the error. Resetting it is removing the pin will solve the problem.

Error code “0x8009002d” normally appears on Windows 10 even if no change has been made to the system. Though it is not one of the fatal errors that force the system to freeze and or crash, it is a bit annoying because the only way to work around is to restart the computer.

If you have this error on your computer, first thing to try is to disable Sleep mode and reset your PIN. On Windows 10, open the “Control Panel” then go to “Power Options” and select “Change plan settings”. Find the option “Put the computer to sleep” then expand it and select “Never”. When you are finished, click “Save changes”.

Now, to reset your PIN password, press the Windows key + I then open “Accounts”. Next, go to “Sign-in options” then look for the “PIN” section and then select “Remove”. Select “Remove” when you are prompted then enter your password and then click “OK”. Next, under “PIN” section, find and click the “Add” button then enter your new password twice and then click “OK”.
