I can tell you that Windows 8 is a bit old (two years to be exact) and hence currently kind of obsolete. There are newer and better versions of Windows like Windows 8.1 and 10. You should opt the better versions if you want to stay in the race. But, if you are going to choose Windows 8 anyway, who am I to argue with you? Microsoft Windows 8 Professional 64 bit is available at Rs. 9500 on www.flipkart.com whereas Amazon is offering the Windows 8 Pro upgrade is available for$ 193.00. There are a lot of options to choose. If you are considering installing windows for single PC, it will cost you less.
